Terms and Conditions
1. “The SCC Free Flights Campaign” is promoted by the Sabah Credit Corporation (“Promoter”). All bookings, customer service and customer communication are provided by Inspire SE-Asia Marketing PTE. Ltd, 16 Raffles Quay, Hong Leong Building, Singapore (“Organizer”), on behalf of the Promoter.
2. This promotional offer is only open to SCC’s customers, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Each participant needs to be in possession of a National Identification card that is valid for at least six (6) months from the return date of any flight.
3. Only new or returning customers with successful newly disbursed personal financing and passed the verification procedure on www.takeoffwithsabahcredit.com (“Participant”), can take part and becomes eligible for participation in this promotion. Participating Promotional Financial Products:

4. Each participant is eligible for 1 free return flight.
5. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter offers a free return flight to eligible new or returning customers with a successful newly approved and disbursed financing account amounting to RM20,000 and above, during the promotion period. Upon completion of the financing disbursement, Inspire will issue a Free Flight PDF Voucher with Code via e-mailto the participant. The participant must keep the voucher as proof of eligibility.
a) The first 1000 new or returning customers with successful financing disbursement of at least RM20,000 during the Promotion Period starting from 02.01.2025, while stock last
b) Participants must correctly redeem their free flight voucher within the redemption window of 30 days. Redemption and customer claims can only be made via the promotional landing page www.takeoffwithsabahcredit.com.
c) The voucher code on the free flight voucher serves as a unique promotion code. Customers will need to keep their free flight voucher as proof of qualification.
6. The Promoter will offer to Participants, via redemption of this promotion only, the Participant’s carrier base fare, taxes, passenger duty, fuel surcharges, service charge and airport fees and taxes for a return flight in economy class. All other costs associated with the flight will be borne by the Participant and are excluded from the promotional offer. Such other costs include, but are not limited to (i) any baggage or other charges made in connection with the flight or in addition to the fare (ii) any insurance (iii) any additional fees for card payments (iv) any fees for hotel, car hire, airport transfers, taxis, car park, seat upgrade, food and drink, visas, immigration documents or any other additional services.
7. To claim their Free Flight:
a) Participants must log on to the campaign website www.takeoffwithsabahcredit.com using their unique voucher code printed on the free flight voucher as a login code.
b) Participants have 30 days from receipt of the voucher to claim their free flight.
c) The Participant shall complete the online application form with name and e-mail address.
d) The Participant must select their departure airport and choose three (3) possible destination cities from the list of destinations (see point 9).
e) The Participant must select three (3) possible travel dates (inbound and outbound). The proposed travel dates must be in different months and thirty (30) days apart from each other. The earliest travel date a customer can choose is forty five (45) calendar days from the date of their application.
8. The Promoter via the Organizer will offer the participants a free flight to one of the chosen destinations on any of the 3 travel dates provides. The Participant is not entitled to demand a particular carrier, route, or travel date.
9. After registering the application and successful validation of the voucher, the participant receives, within 7 days, a confirmation and opt-in e-mail containing a link to complete the application.
10. The e-mail sent by the Organizer to the Participant in accordance with point 7 above will contain a personalized direct link. The Participants by following their personalized direct link received from the Organizer, shall log back in on the landing page and upload their national identification card images, and the pdf free flight voucher as well as personal details such as, address, phone number and details of all additional paying passengers (if any) flying along with the Participant within (48) hours of transmission of the e-mail (cf. point 7).
11. After receiving all qualifying documents, the Participant will receive a flight offer by e-mail within fourteen (14) days from the Organizer. Once a specific flight offer has been received, the Participant must notify the Organizer within forty-eight (48) hours, as to whether the Participant wishes to accept the offer or not.

13. Upon acceptance of the offer by the Customer, the Company shall issue the free flight ticket to the Customer.
14. The Participant may add up to four (4) companion passengers to the application and enter their personal details.
15. By accepting the flight offer the Participant may also accept the price offer in respect of any of companion passengers included in the same application and listed in the flight offer. The Participant shall pay for the companion ticket(s) with a Credit Card in their name.
16. Availability of the flight offered is not guaranteed until the offer is booked. The offer cannot be booked if not confirmed within forty-eight (48) hours.
17. Subject to receiving confirmation from the Participant, the Organizer will contact the Participant to finalise the booking and send an e-ticket to the Participant. It is the Participant’s responsibility to check the ticket details immediately and inform the Organizer within twelve (12) hours of receipt should the ticket details be incorrect. No cancellations or changes will be accepted thereafter. The flight ticket is not transferable.
18. The available destinations depend on the airport of departure and not all destinations are available from all listed points of departures. The availability of flights may be limited depending on the chosen destination or travel time. The choice of carrier is at the sole discretion of the Organizer. The Participant is not entitled to demand a particular carrier, route or travel date.
19. All flights are subject to booking availability. This promotional offer is not valid for journeys over Eid, Chinese New Year, on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Some periods (e.g. religious and school holidays) and dates may be restricted depending on the chosen destination and travel time. The availability of flights may also be restricted by special events, trade fairs or local holidays.
20. Each free flight application is limited for a single use. The right to a free flight is valid per person, booking and flight. Only one (1) free flight can be redeemed per person. Free Flights cannot be used in combination with each other.
21. This promotional offer does not entitle the Participant to travel via a particular route, carrier or on a particular date and the Participant may be offered an alternative destination or travel date to the one requested.
22. All travel (departure and return) must be completed by 30.11.2025.
23. Minimum stay is three (3) calendar days. The maximum stay is thirty (30) calendar days.
24. Promoter and Organizer do not accept liability for changes to flight schedules, routes or destinations and reserve the right to use other service providers as an alternative. In the event of war, earthquake, disaster or similar acts of god, or otherwise where there are circumstances wholly outside the reasonable control of the Promoter and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion without notice and without offering compensation.
25. The right of the Participant and any person travelling with the Participant to claim compensation is subject to carrier regulatory provisions. The Promoter and the Organizer are not liable for compensation related to failures by the carrier.
26. No cash alternative will be offered in exchange for the promotional offer.
27. Code and confirmations received during the Participant’s application process are personal and non-transferable. Bookings cannot be requested or made for by third parties and flights may not be booked by third parties using the name of the Participant.
a) Each new financing disbursement qualifies for one free flight.
b) Each free flight voucher is limited for a single use.
c) No group bookings can be made using vouchers. Free flights cannot be used in combination with each other.
d) Only one free flight voucher can be redeemed per person booking and flight.
28. Furthermore, the Organizer reserves the right to verify all claims, check the content of all applications and registrations to ensure the Participant’s compliance with these Terms & Conditions and to refuse to award a flight or withdraw flight entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion entry requirements or otherwise where a Participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the offer or claimed using fraudulent means.
29. Personal data captured during the course of the promotion shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. The personal data shall be processed for the purpose of execution of this promotion. No personal data shall be passed to third parties except where these are required for booking and other promotion fulfilment purposes.
30. The Promoter and the Organizer shall not accept any responsibility for claims lost and delayed or for those claims not received by the application cut-off date, which is 30 days after the voucher has been issued. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that correct details are provided for claims to be processed. The Promoter and the Organizer will not be liable for any traffic congestion or internet inaccessibility.
31. By participating in this promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
32. All written correspondence shall be sent to the addresses as shown on the campaign website www.takeoffwithsabahcredit.com. Participants who have queries or complaints about the promotion may contact the Organizer at the corresponding address, or alternatively call by phone or email the Organizer using the contact details on the campaign website www.takeoffwithsabahcredit.com.
33. Participants acknowledge and accept that failure to comply with the provision of the documentation and information in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement, will cause the Participant to lose the right to receive the free flight ticket without liability incurred by the seller and the Promoter.
